Welcome to Soul Energy Rising. Many times during my lifetime I have had dreams, goals, ambitions, whatever you wish to call it, which have come into fruition. I have not always done this knowingly I will admit, in fact, my awareness of the possibility to actually have something you dream of happen was not something I thought about until the beginning of some life changing coincidences. I will not go further into this right now but it was important to mention this as it is very relevant to this website.

Over the past few years, having moved out to live in Mallorca, a tiny island off the east coast of Spain in the middle of the Mediterranean, from the UK, my life has changed in many ways. There have not been the opportunities that we had in as far as the Mind, Body and Spirit world are concerned. In the UK my husband and I ran a Mind, Body and Spirit Fair on a regular basis and had much to do with this community of souls. Leaving this was difficult but for some unknown reason - perhaps because of what I am now doing - we were meant to move here. I am no longer teaching full time and by helping my daughter with her estate agency business, based in Antigua, my computer, internet and web design skills have developed incredibly well.

So with this background in mind let me tell you how this site has developed. My initial dream was to own a store here on the island with everything possible to do with mind, body and soul. I wanted to have therapists available, music, books, incense, soaps etc. My dream was this beautiful, tranquil shopping and therapy experience which included such things as a fitness centre, a vegetarian restaurant and a coffee shop. Now bearing in mind all that I wanted, the prices on this small island of real estate is tremedous so my dream has faded in this respect - for the moment. My inspirations and goals have turned around to a more practical solution to providing people with my knowledge, that of others, and the opportunity to have things related to mind, body and soul under one roof, so to speak.

Isn't it strange how you are always prepared for what comes around. As I said, my computer skills had improved, my ability to make my own website, supplying information, book downloads and much, much more, was now a possibility. Over the past few years I have also been gathering information on many different aspects of the mind, body and soul world - mostly out of genuine interest but sometimes because I have known someone who would benefit from reading about something in particular. Therefore I have a mound of information that I want to share. I have downloaded ebooks that I want to share. I have so much that I want to share with as many people as possible that this website is going to do just that.

I will start with information, articles, downloads, newsfeeds bringing you up to date information, a forum to discuss any particular issues, classified ads for you to advertise in, the opportunity for those who wish to, to add their own articles and links to some very interesting websites.

Then in the future I will be adding for my members, meditation sessions for you to download, more interesting books that I find for downloading and anything else that I find of interest and feel will benefit someone out there.
